Reiki Healing
Release what you have been holding
What is it?
Reiki is energy healing. You stay fully clothed, you rest, and Leah works with the energy of your body to release what has been held, shift what has been stuck, and restore what has s been depleted.

Some people feel warmth or a gentle tingling. Some feel emotion rise and move through them. Some feel nothing during the session and notice the shift in the days after. All of it is normal. You dont need to believe in anything for it to work. You just need to let yourself receive.

Every session is trauma aware and shaped by lived experience.
This is grounded, embodied work, not positive vibes only.

Who is it for?
Anyone carrying stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, or a feeling of being stuck that thinking and talking haven't shifted. People whose nervous system needs permission to rest. First timers are genuinely welcome, you'll be talked through everything before you begin.

The sessions
Nervous System Reset Session
£65 | 1 Hour Session ​
A deeply calming session to help regulate your nervous system and reconnect you with yourself. Please allow extra time afterwards for integration. This treatment blends gentle sound healing, Reiki energy work, and an intuitive oracle message to support emotional release, grounding and clarity.
During the session you will choose a card from The Edgy Oracle: Shadow, Light and Liberation, created by Leah, then spend a few quiet moments reflecting on the message through journaling.

Bring a notepad and pen, or your favourite journal, to capture anything that comes up. Each session is intuitive and unique, so your body and energy receive exactly what they need in that moment.
Head to Heart Reset
£30 | 30 Minute Session​
A gentle invitation to pause, breathe and come back to yourself. This 30 minute experience blends a soothing 15 minute head massage with a deeply calming 15 minute Reiki taster, designed to quiet the mind, release tension and reconnect you to your body.

Whether you arere overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of a moment that is just for you, this session is a safe, nurturing space to soften, reset and receive. No pressure. No expectations. Just time to be held.
Sound Healing
Let the sound do what words cant.
What is it?
Sound healing works on the part of you that thinking cant reach. The tones of crystal singing bowls move through the body, settle the nervous system, and give your mind permission to stop running.
This isn't background spa music. It is s a held, intentional space where you lie back, fully supported, and let the vibration do the work. Some people drift. Some release emotion they didn't know they were carrying. Some just get the first proper rest they have had in weeks. All of it is welcome.

Who is it for?
If you have been holding too much, lying awake at night, feeling off or disconnected from yourself, this is your space to reset. You dont need to know anything about sound healing or believe in anything in particular. You just need to show up and let yourself be supported.

The sessions​
The Soundbath
£20 per person Every Wednesday at 6pm. ​
A 1 hour sacred sound bath in a small group, designed to calm your nervous system, release stress, and bring your body back into balance. Not your typical sound bath, these are deep, personal experiences held in a small group so you feel safe, supported, and able to truly switch off.

Head to Heart Reset with Sound Healing
£45 | 45 Minute Session​
A full body reset through touch, energy, sound and insight. Designed to take you out of overwhelm and back into alignment, physically, emotionally and energetically.
​
You will begin with a soothing head massage to release built up tension, followed by a Reiki session to let your body rest and rebalance. From there you are immersed in the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, supporting your chakra system to come back into balance.
Your session also includes a personal chakra reading, where Leah intuitively identifies any imbalances and gives you clear, grounded feedback to take beyond the treatment.
Facials
Glowing inside and out.
What is it?
This is not a clinical, tick box facial. It is skincare and healing in one, organic products tailored to your skin, paired with the calm of bodywork and Reiki, so you leave glowing and genuinely rested.

Who is it for?
Anyone who wants their downtime to actually count. If a standard facial leaves you relaxed for an hour but feeling no different underneath, then this one goes deeper. Skin, body and nervous system, all looked after at once.

Holistic Wellbeing Facial

Meditation & Breathe work Reiki charged Facial with Crystals and Aura cleansing. A full Deluxe Facial with steam including head & hand massage. Calming and reassuring, it helps to comfort in times of grief. Indian head massage techniques will promote hair growth, stimulation and feelings of love, compassion, and self-love, connecting us to our higher selves and fostering a sense of unity with the world around us. Its spiritual properties also include confidence, acceptance, health, and the ability to resolve emotional or spiritual issues.
Reiki Healing and Facial

A 30 minute spa facial and a 30 minute Reiki session, with time to talk through whatever comes up in the remaining time. Glowing skin and a settled mind, in one appointment.
Ritual Facial

1 hour Ritual facial with the following included: Double cleanse, steam and exfoliation (with extraction if needed)hand and arm massage, face mask with head massage, toner face oil, face massage and face cream. All using wild rising organic and natural skin care. Caution - Contains Heat & Steam.

Massage & Body Work
The body keeps what the mind wont say.
What is it?
This is massage with something more underneath it. Skilled bodywork to release physical tension, combined with Reiki energy healing and time to actually talk about what is going on. The body holds what the mind wont say, and these treatments work on both at once.

Every session includes space to discuss what you are carrying, so you leave lighter in more ways than one.

Who is it for?
People carrying tension in the body and weight in the mind. Anyone who finds it easier to open up on a treatment table than across a desk. If you want hands-on relief and the space to be heard at the same time, this is it.

A 30 minute Indian head massage paired with a taster Reiki healing session and 30 minutes of talking therapy. Together you focus on energy healing, addressing emotional, mental and physical concerns in a supportive space.
Reiki Healing and Back Massage

30 minutes of Reiki healing and a 30 minute back, neck and shoulders massage. Includes 30 minutes to discuss emotions, explore what needs healing in your life, and receive feedback after the Reiki.
Reiki Healing and Full Body Massage
