Caroline Lucas
Holistic Therapist
Caroline offers a gentle, grounding presence and a safe space to bring your story, your experiences, and your potential. Her sessions often unfold into what she calls “magical conversations” — where higher guidance comes through, clarity opens, and those important moments of recognition and insight arise.
With years of personal healing experience and training in Reiki, Life Coaching, EFT, Counselling, Alana Fairchild’s Saraswati Tantric Flow™ and Kuan Yin Transmission™, Crystal Bowl Therapy, and holistic voice work, Caroline supports clients in moving from fear into unconditional self-love, reconnecting with their authentic self, and seeing their life with greater clarity and purpose.

Leah created The Edgy Therapist in 2022 after years of training and completing her Reiki Master & Teaching Degree, she qualified as a level 3 Beautician & Level 3 Massage Therapist in 2008. Since the business opened she had gained more qualifications such as EFT Coaching, Sports Massage Therapy and more- Leah has a thirst for knowledge and has a huge amount of life experience to help guide you on the right path of Growth & Empowerment!
Leah had suffered emotional and physical trauma since birth with added cycles of abuse -which lead to needing Trauma Therapy, Leah unfortunately could not gain access to the right Therapy for years , due to waiting lists in the NHS. Leah needed to act fast as she was extremely unwell - she knew she had to break generational Trauma, so she embarked on a mission of self discovery and healing and dove into holistic practices and awakened her own spiritual journey , by achieving this Leah miraculously healed her own Trauma’s which lead her on this path to help others.
Leah now inspires others to ‘Turn their Pain into Power’
Thus setting up the company to help people access the right help at a time of need via a holistic practices- adding more and more Therapist’s to her Team to help guide you!

As a dedicated and multi-faceted practitioner, Kirsty offers a holistic approach to well-being by weaving together the transformative power of hypnotherapy with a range of complementary therapies. Her extensive training as a Fully Qualified Yoga Instructor, Hypnotherapist, Hypnobirthing Tutor, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Energy Healer allows Kirsty to tailor sessions to your unique needs, addressing challenges on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Being a sports massage practitioner, I will warm up your muscles with hand on techniques and stretches, then I will work with a multitude of techniques to help your muscles recover and reenergise to optimal health from friction and trigger point arm & palm movements; to using the Gua sha for braking down scar tissue and Myofascial release.
