Who We Are
Leah johns
CEO & Director of The Edgy Therapist
Leah created The Edgy Therapist in 2022 after years of training and completing her Reiki Master & Teaching Degree, she qualified as a level 3 Beautician & Level 3 Massage Therapist in 2008. Since the business opened she had gained more qualifications such as EFT Coaching, Sports Massage Therapy and Advanced Reiki Master and more- Leah has a thirst for knowledge and has a huge amount of life experience to help guide you on the right path of Growth & Empowerment!
Leah had suffered emotional and physical trauma since birth with added cycles of abuse -which lead to needing Trauma Therapy, Leah unfortunately could not gain access to the right Therapy for years , due to waiting lists in the NHS. Leah needed to act fast as she was extremely unwell - she knew she had to break generational Trauma, so she embarked on a mission of self discovery and healing and dove into holistic practices and awakened her own spiritual journey , by achieving this Leah miraculously healed her own Trauma’s which lead her on this path to help others.
Leah now inspires others to ‘Turn their Pain into Power’
Thus setting up the company to help people access the right help at a time of need via a holistic practices- adding more and more Therapist’s to her Team to help guide you!

Hello! I am the owner of Vitamin-Ivy, a business centred around health & wellbeing. I have worked in a healthcare environment for over 10 years, been a reflexologist for over 21 years and I am currently working toward my counselling qualification. In recent years I have made massive improvements to my own health and wellbeing and want to use my experiences to help others start their wellness journey. So, whether you’re looking to boost your wellbeing through vitamin drips, massage, elderly care, reflexology or want specialist sober coaching, I am here to help.
I work at The Edgy Therapist Holistic Hideaway every Monday, Fridays and 1 Saturday a month

Jodie Howland
Holistic Therapist
After years of stored trauma and poor mental health, Jodie turned to Reiki to support her on her healing journey. Following the profound impact it had on her life, she knew she had a calling to become a Reiki Practitioner. Jodie is passionate about helping people to learn to let go of past issues and heartache. Jodie says if she can help just 1 person they way she was helped with Reiki, she would so happy.
Jodie is also a qualified Crystal Healer, Colour Therapy Practitioner, Crystal Healing Circle Facilitator and works with crystals to enhance and support clients on their healing journey.
Jodie works in the NHS and offers her health and social care colleagues who hold a Blue Light Card £10 off every appointment.
